I could hear my neighbors, but they were young and having a good time. Overall it was a mix of families, couples. The bikes and chairs are an added bonus and really made the beach time easy! “I like almost everything about the inside except for the king size bed. It squeaks really really bad. Like seriously. And the kitchen needs a blender. And I also think the rooms should have black out curtains. And the balcony needs a mosquito net to keep out mosquitoes and bugs while sitting outside relaxing.
