One of the worst staff experiences I've had in a long time. They were very negative about using third-party booking systems and made it feel very clear that they were doing me a favor by giving me a room. I don't think I've ever had a router more condescending experience in my many travels around the world.

Beautiful hotel in a great location right off Las Olas. Everything was within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely stay here again during my next visit.

The property is in the heart of Ft Lauderdale so it’s super convenient. We thought the beds were really uncomfortable, the AC didn’t work great, and the bathrooms are very small with no counter space. A mirror in the main area with plugs would be great so the bathroom can be freed up for others to get ready. Just not ideal for people sharing a room or family

It’s an older hotel, but well kept. They are doing renovations so be mindful of paint smell on the first floor. I love old character and the convenience of shops and restaurants walking distance.

There were some renovations going on but hotel itself was beautiful. I loved the fact that there were few restaurant options in the hotel as well, room was clean. The personnel was friendly. I would definitely go back. Hotel offers parking for guests as well.

This property was highly recommended by a friend. I do not think they ever stayed there. The lobby and bar and restaurant are great. The rooms are TERRIBLE. They are on the scale of a hotel 6! I really could not believe how bad the appearance was. You open my closet and there was just old walls that looked like they had been patched 100 times. I did not put my clothes in it because it smelled. I see they are painting a lot of the rooms. I am sorry, paint is NOT THE ANSWER. These rooms need a total upgrade! There were others in my group that had rooms. They had the same issues. It is a shame that the owners who have an amazing building, location, lobby, bar, and restaurant does not take care of this issue!
