“Cet hôtel est tout simplement un 7 étoiles. Tout a été parfait à tout les niveaux. Ceci après avoir passer plus de 10 jours la. Que ce soit le personnel d’accueil et les restos le personnel a la piscine et les restaurants et a l’entretien des chambres que je qualifie de 7 étoiles. Une expérience exceptionnelle. ”

“Love the property, the beds were super comfy. The staff were so helpful and friendly . Whenever I message the hotel within minutes they responded back . If I go back to Fort Lauderdale I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The beach is within a five minute walk. The only issue was there is no ice machine but that wouldn’t deter me from not returning to this hotel.”

“We arrived early and they accommodated us with and early check in. Omar could not have been nicer. Held our luggage until room was ready, recommended places to eat. Excellent 5* Hotel was very clean. All walkable places to eat and shop. ”

“We found cockroaches in the room and some items left behind by previous guests had not been cleared away.”

“This was a beautiful boutique hotel that surprised us. When we arrived, our Expedia reservation stated that check in time was 3pm. But after waiting about a 1/2 hour, the front desk informed us that check in was at 4pm. Ultimately we did not get into our room until almost 5:30pm. They did wave the parking fee for our troubles, but honestly did not appear to care that we waited almost 2 1/2 hours to check in. Fortunately we hung out at the pool and basically had the patio area to ourselves. We……

“Waited for the hotel shuttle service for a lengthy amount of time and also did not receive the most patient response when we called about it.”

“This was a basic room. It was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and refrigerator and there was plenty of parking spaces. We felt the area was pretty safe and it was close to cruise terminals. The only concern was one of the front gates did not lock so it wasn’t as secure as it could have been.”
