“Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help. A representative appeared but did not identify himself nor offer help. Room……

“The location of the property was OK because it’s near the beach but as far as the customer service, I’ve stayed there over 15 times and twice I had an issue with one of the employees which I rather not see his name. He was very rude. I’ve only dealt with them twice and each time he was very rude. I advised him that I will report to the manager. He said he already spoke to his manager about me mind you I only seen this guy twice in my life. The first time he threatened to call the police on me……

“the distance between the different properties made us feel disconnected from the administration. The property has lots of noises and they do not control the loud noises behavior of the suites above your room. Kitchen was very convenient. The cleaning the room was a disgrace. They said one cleaning a week, we had to fight to have 2 cleanings in 3 weeks.”
