Beautiful tiny home situated on an 80 acre working cattle ranch. Gorgeous Mountain View’s with a pond. Close to Dolores and Cortez. Mins away from national park Mesa verde, McPhee reservoir And National Forest. Cute new tiny home with 2 bedrooms in loft One with king bed and the other queen bed and 1 bath . Pull out sofa in the living room . Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, air conditioner, tv. Bathroom with shower. Outdoor grill and fire pit Water is filtered but not suitable for drinking. Water bottles will be supplied.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Trash cans are on the driveway to the left as you leave the ranch. There is a bear frequenting the area so there is an electric fence around it. Be sure to unhook it before putting trash in dumpster.
If you got a remote to the upright gate please return to the cup where you picked it up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please close gate to tiny house to insure cattle don’t get in and clean up after your pets in the yard.
