"Beautifully decorated spacious 2 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bath with 3 living rooms nestled on a grassy farm just north of Cortez. Goats were cute and hiking trails out the back gate were a nice plus. Kitchen had everything of excellent quality. Hot tub was perfect, very hot and clean. Owners were very nice!"

"One of the nicest places we've stayed at. Very comfortable and clean. There were more TVs than you can shake a stick at, and the kitchen was fantastic! Host was very responsive and considerate. There is a 50 amp NEMA 14-50 outlet, but you'll need to bring your own EV charger to plug in. "

"Perfect place for my family over spring break. We explored Durango, Mesa Verde, the Four Corners and Cortez. The layout is great enabling us all to be together when we wanted and on our own when we wanted some downtime. Our dog loved the property too."

"The place was very upscale inside. To get in needed to use the garage door, then the office door. After that, everything was very nice. The location is in a development with houses quite far apart. It was very quiet and relaxing. We stayed just one night so did not take advantage of the outdoor hot tub or indoor jetted tub. Maybe next time..."

"Wonderful weekend spent with husband, mother in law, daughter and her boyfriend. Close to park, and great restaurants (Chavolos was authentic and delicious!). Serene grounds, daily visit from deer and hummingbirds. Wonderful time spent with family and unwinding/unplugging from work."

"The house was clean with very comfortable beds and furniture. The linens were very nice. We had every thing we needed in the kitchen. The views from the back deck are amazing. Communication was easy and the house instructions were easy to follow. We used the house to visit Mesa Verde National Park and the surrounding area. The house is in a secluded setting, very beautiful and quiet. The owners live on site (as stated in the description) in the downstairs unit of the home. We did not see them...
