"My family and I drove 9 hrs to this property after booking it through VRBO. The booking was confirmed, however when we arrived someone else was staying there! It took the host more than an hour to reach (they ghosted us 2 hrs before we arrived) and she was unhelpful. Then it took VRBO another 3 hours for them to find us a crappy hotel nearby. All of this while being displaced in Charleston with 2 kids and 2 puppies. Absolutely horrific experience which resulted in a cascade of terrible events. "
