“Front desk was pleasant. Room was horrible. The ceiling looked like it was falling down. It was old and not well maintained. The neighborhood was not safe. I left the key in the room and checked into another hotel. I was not comfortable staying there. Called Expedia and still waiting for a resolution. ”
