📜 House Rules
- Max Occupancy: Sleeps up to 6; extra guests require approval ($25/person/day)
- No Smoking/Vaping: $500 fee applies for violations
- Children: Must be supervised, especially near ponds and wildlife
- Pets: Vaccinated pets welcome (2 max unless approved). Please keep off furniture, clean up, and use outdoor kennels or crates when unattended.
