The pedestrian is accessible 150 meters away. The is paved accessible to strollers, scooters, bicycles (except in summer). You can reach the port and the city center on foot, by bike (cycle path at the exit of the residence) ... 500 meters. The fish market is open every day along the fishing port and the market of Courseulles (city center) is on Tuesday and Friday mornings (Sunday morning in summer). Near the accommodation: mini golf (50 meters), swimming pool (open in summer), equestrian club, skeet park. The sailing school is 900 m away (long coast, boat trip, catamaran...)
