“We stayed here over the 4th of July! It was in a great location in the heart of Effingham right above a great little speakeasy and just a couple blocks from Joe Sippers for morning coffee. It looked exactly like the pictures — a big bright, open loft in a historic building that somehow still managed to feel modern and cozy. It’s one of those places that feels like being at home even though you’re away, especially with a well appointed kitchen with all the basic utensils and supplies for cooking.……

“When we arrived it was out of the way and near the golf course… seeing the ports potties in the yard next door was off putting but there was no smell so it was easy to look past them. The house and property was very pleasant and welcoming. Just enough room to be there comfortably. Everything we needed was there for us so we were great!
