Crane Meadows Golf Course Tours

The room and hotel were clean and as expected per the photos. The pool and hot tub area were very nice. Breakfast was good, no complaints. The staff was very friendly which was the best part.

Terrible experience. The room had a strong smoke odor despite being advertised as non-smoking. We discovered a bed bug crawling on our infant during the night and had photo evidence of the bug and blood stains on the sheets. Management denied the incident, refused to take responsibility, and blocked our refund request through Expedia. Disgusting environment and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Avoid this hotel.
