Staff was very helpful! Parking is across the street and a little tricky to navigate, but not a serious issue. Building is older so spaces were tight at times and floors uneven, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

New and very clean. Excellent beds. I am sensitive to uncomfortable mattresses, but the on i slept on was nice. Very contemporary bathroom with a dyson fan. Our dinner and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs were very good!

Weekend lift line to get on the mountain was pretty bad. Took 45 minutes to get on the Gondola, then another 25 minutes to get on the Big Red lift to get to the top. Had lots of snow the prior 1-2 days so that likely accounted for the LONG lines. The lift line on Thursday was only a few minutes, it was the Friday and Saturday lines that were brutal.
