“The comfort room was airy and stylish, beautiful views with windows opening towards the valley. Ceilings brought a charming country atmosphere and the shower very cleverly placed “upstairs” under a wooden beam. Necessary to carry luggage up a narrow staircase. Bed was firm which I really loved. “We loved our stay at the house of Alice. It is a beautifully decorated townhouse with plenty of space for 4 people. The village it’s in is so nice too, with great views.Only comment is that laundry isn’t in the unit. You can pay to have it done for you though.”

“If we had to return to one place in all of Italy, we’d choose Il Tosco. It was absolutely SPECTACULAR! Elena was the most wonderful hostess, providing many recommendations, of which every one was spot on!
The breakfast was out of this world - better than any place we’ve ever stayed. Kitchen was stocked with the most delicious olive oil cake and many other goodies around the living area to enjoy.
Walkable to everything in Montepulciano.
I could not overstate how wonderful this bed and……

“The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel had very good facilities (e.g. a laundry). We had a room at the ground level with garden access which was quiet and cool. The staff was very friendly and always tried to help.
What we missed a little bit, were some space for storing of clothes and luggage (there were only four hangers). There was also only one chair in the room which was officially declared as a three-bed-room. But all in all we were very satisfied. ”
