As someone who travels extensively and stays in all types of hotels, from luxury to budget, I found the complete lack of basic professional courtesy from the front desk staff quite surprising. There were no smiles, and basic polite words like "thank you" or "please" were absent. While my expectations for facilities, cleanliness, and Wi-Fi are aligned with the hotel's price and star rating, this fundamental lapse in service was genuinely disappointing and regrettable.
