The rooms are spacious and comfortable and quiet (despite my next statement)! The layout of the hotel is alot of fun and is centred around the bar/restaurant. The staff are the bar and restaurant are amazing - friendly and professional! The staff overall are really helpful and looking for ways to improve your guest experience! Looking forward to coming back here year after year for Little NHL! And looking forward to seeing the room refreshes!

Super nice hotel inna very central location! Very pleasant and functional rooms. Great breakfast. Internet access is unnecessarily convoluted, my only complaint.

All in all good, but some of the room furniture was visibly damaged. In addition, the food and beverage "credit" could only be used at the restaurant. It should be included for room service if you choose to.
