“Myself, husband and 4 kids. 3 days, 2 nights. Peaceful, quiet, relaxing, beautiful, not too far from everything, but not in the city for sure. Not exactly on the lake, but has a boat ramp included. We all loved it! Bath tub was a big plus! My only complaint is that I wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Great family retreat. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. The listing was very accurate and well described. We were close enough to Mammoth Cave to partake in a day of hiking, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of relaxation. Definitely would recommend if you would like a cabin away from the hustle and bustle.”

“The place was great! Super cozy and even tho it was small it had plenty of space to move around and do everything we needed to. Very clean and the jacuzzi was as well. I wish the couch had been a pull out but the loft bed was interesting. Defiantly for those young at heart.”

“Loved this place. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very clean! Lots of wildlife - rabbits, deer, fox, groundhog(or muskrat?) and tons of birds! Only thing we thought was lacking was no bathroom on the basement level. Owners were responsive to our messages.”

“Our family stayed over spring break with 4 adults and 6 kids under 12. We had the best time. Kids enjoyed the game room, hot tub, large yard to play games in. And the fire pit with s’mores. Close enough to all the attractions in mammoth cave. We would do hiking trails and cave tours during the day and be relaxing at the house by late afternoon. The hosts were fantastic at communicating and answered any questions we had. Would rent again if we are ever back at Mammoth Cave.”

“Our family had a very nice 3 night stay. The weather cooperated as much as we needed, and the large covered deck helped out when the weather couldn't contain itself. Mammoth Caves are a very short drive, and the drive to Bolling Green (for the Corvette Museum) was beautiful. The owners of the property could have been more helpful, and responsive. Thank you for a great time!”

“This house is in a very peaceful area. House was clean and comfortable. Loved the sunroom. Due to high water levels it was difficult to use the dock. Lost power, but it was restored quickly. Kitchen is nice and well-stocked. Pans are in rough shape. You definitely need to bring food to cook as there is no place close to eat out or get groceries. We enjoyed Nolin Lake State Park and Mammoth Cave State Park. Overall a nice stay.”

“Mike thank u for hosting. Great week and weather. Really enjoyed the rental. As disclosed the single BR had us on a schedule but no issues! Lower level access challenging for mobility impaired with stairs. Mike met us on Saturday and gave some Great tips about lake conditions. View without comparison. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Lots Of space. We fish so did not use TV or Wi fi. Would rent with Mike again and Plan too make this place our new annual gathering place.”

“This house was perfect for two families since there are two kitchens, and everybody had their own space. Although I would not recommend sleeping downstairs as you can hear every noise from the upstairs area.”

“Terrific, clean spot with spectacular view of Nolin Lake from the porch. While a little long (40min) , the drive to the mammoth caves is beautiful, and the serenity of being on the lake is unmatched. Responsive and helpful hosts.”
