Good amenities. Soneone moved my Natl Brasil soccer team hoodie under tge sink, hoping i wouldn't check. Then snag ince i checked out. Had to go INTO my luggage to attempt this, mind you. I found it.

The Residence was very good clean secure , 24/7 .
only the language is a barrier . english 20 % ,Spanish 20%
overall very good neighborhood not far from the beach .

We actually did not stay here because the ATLANTIC OCEAN IS NOT A HOTEL!!!! It is a condominium where some people rent their apartments. The very nice lady at the gate told us it is a condominium and furthermore, she did not know we were coming because no one had told her. They were going to make up the room but this took more than an hour. We decided to make a reservation at a real hotel.

The only thing wasn't like was around outside front areas of the hotel, looks like city garbage collection places don't make a good job and smell very bad.
