New one bedroom apartment in residential area next to Barigui Park. Sleeps a couple and up to two more people on a sofa bed: open measures L 1.80 x D 1.11 m. Facilities in the area such as Campina do Siqueira terminal and Park Shopping Barigui. Excellent area of the city for those who like tranquility and a good sleep, but still want easy access to points of interest. Good for couples, business travelers and small groups (max. 4 people). Families are always welcome. However, parents should be aware that this is a fourth floor apartment with no safety screens on the windows and balcony.

Located on the fourth floor. Building with elevator. Cozy living room space (includes 1 sofa bed measuring L 1.80 x P 1.11 m when open), kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom. The room has integration with the kitchen. Balcony in the room. Full kitchen with microwave, hob and fridge. Fast Fiber Optic Internet and Smart TV with Google Chromecast built in; Netflix and YouTube available. Access to other subscription services like GloboPlay if you are a subscriber. A estadia foi sensacional, o apartamento é bem montado e muito confortavel, tem tudo que se precisa para uma boa estadia, a Clarissa, foi super querida e nos atendeu prontamente em todas as duvidas , a localização do apartamento é excelente , perto de bares, restaurantes e mercados , não sendo necessario usar o carro para nada . Super recomendo e com certeza vou voltar a me hospedar nele.

A estadia foi muito boa. O espaço é bom, condizente com o anúncio. Os equipamentos são bons. No quarto seria melhor ter um guarda-roupa. O colchão da cama de casal está bem usado, ocasionando sulcos no formato do corpo humano. Na cozinha seria interessante uma limpeza mais profunda, pois o fogão estava muito sujo (bocas); as panelas encardidas, o que seria corrigido com um pouco de força física ao limpar. A lavadora de roupas também carece uma limpeza interna. A lavadora de roupas funciona muito bem. Tudo na sala funciona perfeitamente. No banheiro seria interessante uma limpeza do ralo da pia (a água escorre bem devagar). Chuveiro muito bom. A garagem é uma prova diária para um bom motorista.
