Excellent!

Our family is happy to stay for 2 nights. The place is comfortable. Free bikecycles are available for guests. Distance to the center is about 1.5 km. It is very easy to get anywhere.

Excellent little hotel

Loved everything about this place. Location was great - a bit out of town but loved to see local life. The room was big and very clean. The breakfast was amazing - freshly cooked to order (try the banana pancakes) Bikes are provided which we used daily to cycle into town and to the beach. The service from the staff was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble. The only slight thing to be aware of is the pool loses the sun at lunchtime.

Don’t miss this one should be 3 star

One not to miss easy access to old Town by bicycle which are free from the Homestay Classed as 2star should be 3star Staff friendly and helpful Sol the receptionist can’t do enough for you Fresh towels every day breakfast can be purchased on site reasonable price and great variety and value All round excellent highly recommend

Clean, comfortable and tip-top service!

We had an excellent stay at a rural Scene Villa. Sol and her sister were very nice and provided excellent device. Housekeeping was great and the room was kept in very clean condition daily! We will be back to stay at RSV if we are in Hoi An again.

Super nice hotel but far location

This place is super clean and nice, but just so far from Hoi An town. The reception is very accommodating and gave me a ride into town when I was checking out. There are free bicycles, but it takes 15 minutes to ride into town, it became a big hassle. Otherwise the place is lovely.

Great place, very modern room and bathroom. The swimming pool while not huge was perfect. The staff are friendly, with Sol at reception a standout. She is such a genuine, warm person who is very helpful. The only drawback is the distance from town and eating places but they have a buggy shuttle each night and taxis very cheap. It’s very quiet except the local rooster (part if life in Asia). The ac worked well and the wifi was exceptional. There are a number of choices fir breakfast- both Western and Asian. The minibar has soft drinks, water and beer etc.

Very nice hotel and supportive staff.

Nice,small villa,run by family. Place is quite close to the old town or beach by the push bike. You will be able to find food on the each corner. I will go again to visit Vietnam.

아늑함과 진심이 느껴지는 숙소

매우 아늑하고 편안한 분위기의 숙소입니다. 청소에 신경을 많이 쓰는 것 같고, 기본적으로 손님을 대하는 태도가 가식적이지 않고 진심이 느껴져 좋았습니다. 조식은 다른 숙소처럼 뷔페식이 아니라 10개 이내의 메뉴에서 하나씩 선택할 수 있게끔 했는데, 오히려 깔끔하고 맛도 좋았습니다. 특히 조식에 곁들여 나왔던 커피는 아내가 극찬과 감동을 쏟아낼 정도였습니다. 그래서 떠나기 전에 커피 브랜드를 물어본다는 것이 깜빡했네요. 혹시 숙소의 매니저께서 이 글을 보신다면 커피에 대한 정보도 알려주시면 고맙겠습니다. 어쨌든 숙소의 여러분들 덕분에 우리 일곱 가족이 이틀동안 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 고맙습니다. 기회가 되어 다시 호이안에 갈 일이 있다면 또 숙박할 의향이 있습니다.

Hôtel familial au service de leurs hôtes

Ce petit hôtel familial situé sur l'ile Cam Nam nous a enchanté. Le calme, la disposition des propriétaires, la propreté. Le centre de Hoï Àn étant à 2 km, on vous prête des vélos ou pour les moins courageux une voiture électrique assure une navette. Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour dans cet endroit. Le chant du coq n'est pas déplaisant le matin au réveil.

Quite ok.

This hotel is very fine except poor breakfast. The room is spacious, modern and bed is big and comfort BUT...you can order only one food and one drink from list and that's not enough... Pool is tiny and in the shade while sun is shining.

Bedste hotel vi har boet på! Det var de sødeste personale og det var virkeligt et lille paradis. Skøn pool og god morgenmad. Virkeligt meget for pengene også det hele bare fuldt ud igennem perfekt! Et plus at man kunne låne gratis cykler. Helt klart ikke sidste gang vi har boet der!

Stunning Hotel

Fantastic place to stay. Staff couldn't be any friendlier. In a nice quiet location with swimming pool. Only 5 mins to Hoi An on motorbike or 15 mins on bicycle. The Hotel is immaculate!!

ベトナムの田舎でのステイ体験

田舎町らしく、スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで、暖かく対応してくれます。部屋もきれいですし、あまり車も通らないので静かに過ごしたい方にはおススメ。ホテルの周りは、本当に静かな田舎町といった感じで、少し歩いてみると素のままのベトナムを味わえます。ただしサービスレベルは安定していません。バスタブ付きの部屋を予約したのですが、部屋に通されるとシャワーしかなかったです。（クレームを言うとすぐに変えてくれました）バスタブのお湯はぬるく、水量が少ないです。夜は市内への無料の送迎を利用しましたが、迎えに来るときに30分くらい遅れたので理由を聞くと、他の客をピックアップしていたとかなんとか・・・とはいえ私はこのホテルが好きです。単なる宿泊施設以上のステイ体験ができたことは非常に満足しております。

Happy in Hoi An.

Hotel less than a year old run by a wonderful family who could not be more welcoming and helpful. less than two dollar taxi ride from old town or half hour walk. Hotel provides daily/nightly free transport in converted golf buggy.Great pool and wifi for small boutique hotel. Beer in hotel for less than one dollar. Food good and very economical.

Séjour hyper agréable

Etablissement tenu par une adorable famille, sejour hyper agreable, j'ai prolongé de 2 jours tellement j'aimais l'ambiance. Calme, en dehors du brouhaha de la ville, entendre le coq, les oiseaux, les papillons à profusion, se prélasser dans la piscine. J'ai beaucoup aimé

L'accueil. Le sourire des gens qui y travaillent, leur grande disponibilité. J'ai adoré cet endroit. D'une grande propreté. Très calme, service impeccable, la propreté de l'établissement et de sa piscine en font un endroit exceptionnel. J'y ai passé 14 jours et tout au long de mon séjour tout a été parfait.
