Enjoy your own private pool and spa, a game loft with pool table and foosball, a dedicated movie room, chef’s kitchen, multiple living areas, and a beautiful fenced backyard.

The home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The first-floor primary suite includes a king bed, jetted tub, separate shower, and dual sinks. Additional accommodations include a queen bedroom, two bedrooms with twin beds, an office with a double sofa bed, and additional convertible sleeping spaces in the movie room.

Gather around the oversized dining table with seating for up to 10, enjoy casual meals in the breakfast nook, or prepare dinner in the spacious chef’s kitchen. The family room with fireplace provides another comfortable gathering space, while the movie room and game loft give both adults and kids plenty of ways to unwind.

For guests working or studying during their stay, the home also offers two dedicated work areas.

Pool and spa equipment is remotely controlled by the host and should not be adjusted by guests. Please see the House Rules for complete property policies.

Fri-Sat 9 pm-9 am
Do not touch pool equipment. $1000 Fee for manipulating pool equipment. Heating pool fee: $85 per day. Heating SPA $45 per day. Owner will remotely control pool equipment including heating and lights.
EV charger fees apply according to usage (smart charger - min $10 per day)
