Lovely

We loved this guesthouse. It was perfect for our weekend retreat. The couches were very comfortable and there was plenty of space to get around. The kitchen had everything we needed - refrigerator, keurig, mugs and glasses - plus a stove, oven and microwave. We would definitely consider booking this property again in the future if we do another sisters’ weekend in Forney.

Great studio

Perfect place to stay! I stayed by myself, but the studio is large enough to comfortably accommodate quite a few people. It had everything I needed, and the host was kind enough to share her steamer with me as well. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great family weekend

Such a quaint little studio cottage! Very comfortable and adorably designed. The finishes and furniture made it feel like it was a much older little cottage tucked away in a town square somewhere instead of a guest home in a nice residential neighborhood. Great communication with owner who was very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again someday!

Great stay and cute place!

We really liked the location of this rental. It is in a converted detached garage in a residential neighborhood. It is a cute place with nice furnishings and it was clean. The owner was very nice to deal with, and it was an easy check in process. I definitely recommend this place!

Sabrina has a very nice little place. It was very cozy and comfortable and she was a fantastic host. She was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay with her again.

Softball Weekend

Warm and comfortable

The host is very easy to communicate with. The gated driveway helps you rest with ease knowing you are safe. The guest house is very comfortable and easily meets your needs.

Location was perfect for where we needed.Host was very nice via messaging. Only few cons, they don’t supply any type of bathing soaps and only 1 wash rag. Wasn’t bad just something future renters would prob like to know, also the furniture was very old and literally all torn and peeling off. Kinda yuk,honestly I was grossed out to sit on it. So we watched tv from the bed.They have some toilet situation that warns you to not use too much toilet paper:/ Didn’t bother us just heads up. Lastly love that they don’t charge a lot for a cleaning fee but it def didn’t look professionally cleaned, bedding I’m sure had some stains but we actually brought our own silk pillow cases to put over the pillows we used. All and all was good for what we needed.

A couple of issues, but great hosts!

Upon arrival to our VRBO, the host greeted us and was very welcoming and accommodating, even with our very late check-in. As we settled in, our group of 4 noticed the pull-out couch was well-loved and not quite what we had expected. We found an air mattress in the closet as well but it unfortunately had holes in it. Once we moved the topper from the bed to the pull-out, it was very comfortable. The host was also prompt in offering to get another air mattress and frequently checked-in to make sure we had what we needed to sleep comfortably. We also noticed that the shower had a leaking issue on the floor and in the wall and with quick communication the hosts checked on the issue and while unable to fix it during our stay, said they would fix it before the next guests arrive and accommodated us with fresh towels and offered a discount for our stay. Overall, the hosts were incredibly kind and communicative creating a comfortable stay all issues aside.

Very nice stay

Very easy check in and she is very communicative. I would have to say I do stay at vrbo's quite often and this was an awesome stay. Our favorite part was the kitchen. She has very high quality fully stocked kitchen. It was 3 adults going for a leisure conference in the vicinity. So we wanted to have toast and eggs and be able to cook as much home. It has a lot of of seating. It was nice that she had a spot to park inside the gate. The only suggestion would be to add a chair with a small table on the porch or have a folding chair in the closet to sit on porch for us smokers. The bed was extremely comfortable. Tons of pillows and large wrap towels. The space stayed super toasty, quiet floors (which helps minimize noise while using the bathroom in the middle of the night.) I appreciated the water bottles upon arrival. We came straight from the airport. Super safe and very quiet. Thank you for hosting our little group!
