Have fun with the whole family and friends at this stylish place designed with you in mind, loaded with on-trend style. House has been completely redone with an open concept, terrific family friendly neighborhood and plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy. Spacious kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. 8' pool table to enjoy with friends and bar area.
Family friendly neighborhood, house is close to restaurants, malls, and highways. close to PresidentGeorge Bush Turnpike and US-75.
HOUSE RULES
Treat the house like it's yours
⦁ No parties or events ($500 penalty)
⦁ Pets are welcome, pet fee $50
⦁ No confetti or a $100 penalty fee will be charge
⦁ Little or no noise after 10:00 pm.
⦁ NO SMOKING inside the house under any circumstances. A fee of $500 will be charged
⦁ No confetti or a $100 penalty fee will be charge
⦁ SMOKE is allowed OUTDOORS! (Pickup cigarette butts)
⦁ Alarm code is the same as the door code, if alarm will be activated for no reason during your stay and police will come a $150 fee will be charge Cooking Rules No fry foods, turmeric, or curry. Is very hard to get rid of the smells ($200 fee)
⦁ Surveillance or recording devices on property, host has installed (1) security cameras outside only, by the front door.
-Please do not have extra people to sleep other than what you made the reservation for otherwise you will be charge a penalty of $50 per person per night

⦁ If have more than 80gal of garbage (this is what trash can holds) $100 fee will be charge
⦁ Garbage truck pass every Wednesday
⦁ Garbage cans are located outside next to the garage door
