The apartment features; new appliances, new flooring, living room fireplace, textured ceilings, patio etc. The apartment boasts a mix of old with the new! Updates have been made, but the entirety of the apartment has not been completely stripped. Guests should not expect a newly built/constructed apartment. This 575 sqft unit is on the third floor of a Garden Style apartment complex. Guests have access to the amenities of the building, which include: Seasonal Pool Free Parking Private Balcony RICHARDSON / NORTH DALLAS AREA - GREAT ACCESS TO FWY 75 & 635! CAN GET TO ALL PARTS OF DALLAS EASILY! DOWNTOWN OR PLANO WITHIN 15 MINUTES! RICHARDSON OR MEDICAL CITY DALLAS IS 10 MINUTES. The property is a small apartment complex consisting of 36 apartment homes. There are a few Airbnb units in this complex. All units has the same floor plan and size. If we are fully occupied on the unit you want please ask about our other units.. The neighborhood is in north Dallas. Great for an easy and short commute to places of work, major medical centers, SMU university, entertainment and event venues. You may hear traffic noise from the property as we are convenient access to major roads. We offer a nicely appointed & affordable stay in Dallas. We look forward to hosting you. We, as hosts, strive to maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment at our rental properties and do not discriminate based on race, religion, sexuality, or gender identity. PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is located inside a gated/fenced 30+ unit building. The complex was built in the 1990s and occasional noises from neighboring apartments may apply. Located off a side road to the freeway. Auto shops border the property next to the Airbnb. Urban noises are to be expected during business hours and occasionally on non business hours. Guests should expect medium-high noise levels. LATE FEE: Check out time is strictly at 11am. We do not offer late check outs. Our late fee is $100\. We pay our professional cleaning service for each hour of time spent at the unit. We also often have an incoming guest the same day. We need the time to get the unit ready. Thank you for understanding that that the check out is firm by 11am. ALLERGIES: This Airbnb is pet friendly. We use scent boosters. Guests who are allergy sensitive should take note before booking. Refunds are not eligible for allergies. This unit is not Allergy Sensitive. SMOKING: PROHIBITED. If any trace of smoke/smoking will result in a $500 fine We are very strict on this house rule. PET POLICY: $150 for long term stays. Well behaved cats OK. No pets without prior arrangement. $300 fine. PET RULES: Pets are not allowed to lay on couches, beds, or furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets during their stay in the Airbnb. We have vacuums available upon request. Please do not leave your pet inside the unit unsupervised for longer than 4 hours. ALL DOGS must be up to date on pest control and their vaccines. \*No pets without prior arrangement. $300 fine. PLEASE NOTE: Any damages caused by pets; going to bathroom on furniture, wear and tear of flooring, breaking items, etc. Will result in paying from the security deposit. MAIL & PACKAGES: We do not lend mailbox keys nor offer a mail delivery service. If you would like to receive packages during your stay, you may have packages delivered to the apartment doorstep. The host told me my unit was unavailable 30 minutes before check in and then almost refused to accommodate with another unit. The heat didn’t work in the unit and they kept saying maintenance would come but nobody ever did. Host refused to extend reservation. Saying the card declined but never attempted a charge. Furniture was old and falling apart, Lamp in bedroom had to be unplugged or the lightbulb unscrewed to turn off. Kitchen only had 1 skillet and 2 pots. Not adequate for people who don't eat out much. Couldnt get hot water in kitchen, no rags or towels to clean up with. Couldnt get the wifi to work and no response from host other than which one are you trying to connect to. Bed was old spring mattress with foam on top and only has sheet and old comforter on it, no other blankets provided. A dresser would have been nice or at least more than 6 hangers for out clothes (we stayed 5 days). They provided 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 2 people for 5 day stay. This unit definitely needs updating.
