"There was no one at the front desk when we arrived, and no service bell. We asked for a cot to be in our room, we did not receive one. The floors are dirty around/behind/under the beds. The spring frame of the mattress is exposed and uncomfortable on the edge of the bed."

"Was as described. Only issue I had was I was out in a middle room and all you can see is the people in the rooms across from us. Valet was $45 a night so we found a public parking around the corner for $23 a night. The hotel stay was nice and the staff was great."
