"The staff was not friendly at all. When we asked to change the different room they not even effort to do. The hotel was empty. Not busy week."

Extra $255 in "amenity charges" for pool/jacuzzi use, access to a shuttle (that we never used), etc. You'd think for $500 a night they could afford to have the jacuzzi/pool be included in the price, charge separately if you want to use the shuttle. Apparently it's in the fine print in the registration paperwork, so be sure to learn from my mistake and read their lengthy check in paperwork. FYI: if you take more than 1 towel out of the bin at a time for the pool, they try to say when you check out that you didn't return the pool towels. So not happy at all about these things. But other than that place was great."
