"The property location was beautiful, but the property needs an upgrade. Only one elevator works, and was td the 2nd hasn't worked for 3 years. The 2nd elevator went down for about 24 hours and and was told by maintenance that was normal. The unit we stayed in was nice, and clean, but might need a bit of a remodel. A beachy vibe would have been nice. Any maintenance issues we had with a tub not draining, or sink not draining was attended to quickly."

"First time staying in this location and it did not disappoint. It was our first time to Charleston in this location on the beach was a great place to stay that allowed us to venture out and see all the Charleston had to offer. The condo was clean and well provisioned and showed exactly like the description stated. We would definitely stay there again"

"Very clean and nicely decorated location. Central to lots of things to do and places to eat. The restaurant below the rental was excellent with friendly staff and a walk or quick Uber drive got us to all of the destinations we wanted to visit."

Hyatt Place Mount Pleasant Towne Centre

10/10 Excellent

"We loved the convenience of being planted in the middle of everything. We barely moved the rental car unless we wanted to explore downtown or the beaches. Every morning, we enjoyed a full breakfast at the hotel, and then we would walk outside to the shopping area that surrounded the hotel. Loved the Barnes & Noble, Starbucks, movie theater, and restaurant, all within walking distance. The only con for me was that I picked this hotel due to the VIP status that Expedia offered, and when the room was assigned to us, we had a view of the parking lot rooftop. NO VIEW at all, and this is not VIP status to me. However, I will return to this location. "
