"This was a great place to stay for a long weekend! It was within walking distance of many highly rated restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the view from the rooftop lounge. Parking at a public parking garage on King Street was also included in the cost of the stay. It was about a 3 minute walk from our condo. One ticket to exit the garage was provided for each day of our trip, which worked fine for us, since we walked most places."

"My husband and I spent 4 days in IOP and our condo was perfect! Walking up to the sunrise and beach/ocean views was amazing. Being on the end unit means you are only a few steps from the beach! The entire Sea Cabins community was also very quiet. We will definitely be back"

"Close to everything. Good property with ideal parking with beachfront views. Good bars, cappuccino café and restaurants in walking distance. 20-30 minute drive to Charleston, which makes it easy to enjoy both historic places, and downtown restaurants."

"The property location was beautiful, but the property needs an upgrade. Only one elevator works, and was td the 2nd hasn't worked for 3 years. The 2nd elevator went down for about 24 hours and and was told by maintenance that was normal. The unit we stayed in was nice, and clean, but might need a bit of a remodel. A beachy vibe would have been nice. Any maintenance issues we had with a tub not draining, or sink not draining was attended to quickly."

"Lovely beach front/ocean view condo on IOP. Beautifully decorated, comfortable couch & bed, plentiful linens & towels. Perfect tall chairs & table on balcony to enjoy a sweeping ocean view in the morning with coffee & at the end of the day for sunset. Easy access to beach with a 1 minute walk across the parking lot to the beach walkway. Check in was simple and painless! Love this condo and will 100% return again. "
