“Everything was good”

“Room was very clean. I stayed on a tue and most of the shops were closed. Key was left at the desk so no one was there to check me in. If you stay here, would recommend on a weekend when things are open.”

“Beautiful hotel with a luxurious pool with a view of the sunset overlooking the Tennessee River! Unfortunately my first room was dirty, the toilet was not cleaned at all, had urine and fecal particles all over it, had to switch rooms when I arrived at midnight. The little coffee tables and the nightstands were also not properly wiped, they were sticky and smelled in my other room. For such a beautiful and brand new hotel, they have GOT to hire a better cleaning crew because for me, cleanliness……
