“Overall, we enjoyed our stay, however, at this price point, there were simply too many issues. The property was extremely dirty, every piece of kitchenware, cutlery, and glassware had to be washed before use. We tried contacting the property the day before our arrival to ask about food options but never received a call back. Additionally, the air conditioning didn’t work during our stay.
On a positive note, the complimentary bottle of wine was a thoughtful gesture. That said, the property would……

“Great location, very close to the Penneshaw ferry, IGA, and local eating places. The house was comfortable and suited our stay well.A few improvements would make it even better. The house could benefit from more thorough internal cleaning, as we noticed spider webs and did some cleaning ourselves.
