"这是一家太过自私的酒店，我是武汉的游客，我们国家因为冠状病毒主动取消武汉出发航班，我希望能取消预订并退费，但酒店坚持不取消预订，现在，意大利已经宣布进入紧急状态，我无法理解酒店在游客遇到不可抗力的情况下都不取消的这种行为，我想，如果这个时候我要真到你们住下来，你们可能会改变决定。"

"Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und modern. Leider hatte unser Zimmer im Schlafzimmer kein richtiges Fenster - nur eines, was in einen dunklen Innenschacht geht. Das liegt daran, dass die Unterkunft in einer kleinen Gasse sehr nahe der Altstadt liegt. Für eine Nacht war es für uns jedoch kein Problem. ..."
