"Too far away from everything. Close enough that you could see the possibilities but too far away. No store to buy beer or snacks either. The ppl there were very nice...but it made me feel sad being there. And it smells weird."

"Beds were wore out. Charge a resort fee, which is supposed to include water bottles in your room. Doesn't work when they don't clean your room and replace the small two drinks of water in their water bottles. Better food at other casinos in town."

"Definitely not the quality you used to expect from this hotel. Nice but not elegant service anymore. Palace Arms menu is fixed price so choices are limited and you get everything from nicely dressed to tee shirts and shorts. Probably won’t stay again."
