We invite you to our newly updated, clean and pristine, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, private end unit condo located in the heart of Destin. Our home is professionally managed locally (24/7) by iTrip Vacations Destin & Miramar Beach - Please call them directly for discounts or specials! Relax or splash away at the community pool or workout at our great onsite fitness center. Additional amenities include picnic and barbecue areas. Indian Lake is community filled with locals that are very respectful. After a long day in the sun, return to a place you can call your own. You will be blessed with an open floor plan is great for entertaining and allows everyone to converse throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen. Every room throughout the condo has luxury vinyl plank flooring. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the dining room table has seating for (4). The living room features a large flat screen TV with a comfy sofa and (2) chairs, where you can snuggle up with some popcorn to enjoy movies or play games. We also have a desk for your workstation. The sliding glass door off the living room offers a private balcony with table and (2) chairs to sit outside & enjoy a great book or your favorite snack, beverage or libation.
