"Our check-in experience was very disappointing. The woman at the front desk was rude and unhelpful from the start. When she asked if we had ever stayed at the hotel before and we said no, she offered very little information. We weren’t even told where the elevators were and ended up walking the wrong way. When we asked where the gym was located, she said it was on the lower level. When we asked where the lower level was, she simply repeated “the lower level,” without any explanation or direction. It felt like we were a bother and interrupting her day rather than being welcomed as guests. The interaction was very off‑putting and made the rest of the experience at the hotel feel uncomfortable. I would probably never stay here again."

"Nothing that was listed as an amenity was an actual amenity. There is no continental breakfast, there's no access to any pool or fitness facility, every single thing that this hotel advertises is false."
