Points négatifs : la piscine non chauffée - indication pourtant mentionnée par mail au moment de la réservation. Donc pas de baignade pour notre groupe. Manque peut-etre un peu de vaisselle pour la capacité de l'hébergement. Dans l'ensemble une bonne adresse pour un séjour de groupe nous étions 19 et repartons ravies.”

“Maison de vacances petite mais conviviale plutôt pour 2 à 3 personnes maxi , plutôt bien équipée , qui se trouve dans un village dans les marais ostréicoles à 10 kms de Marennes d’Oleron . Voiture indispensable pour découvrir cette belle région et tout faire … Bémol : pas de Wifi pour nous de tout le séjour , débranché à la source du village malheureusement et aucune réactivité du propriétaire . “Maison pas trop propre, photos trompeuses (terrasse à front de rue avec aucune vue), aucune communication avec le locataire (pas vu, pas entendu), aucun passage pour nettoyer la piscine, mobilier qui a de l’âge, moisissures dans la douche. “Das Haus ist dreckig und runtergekommen. Der Pool und die Aussenanlage nicht minder. Die im Haus lebende Maus steht angeblich unter Tierschutz? Es gab kaum einen Gegenstand der nicht kaputt oder dreckig war. Der Vermieter hatte kein Interesse an einer Klärung und auch ein Preisnachlass war keine Option. Wir haben uns eine neue Unterkunft gesucht und die Hölle verlassen.”
