“We had a wonderful stay at the Sunset Cottage. The home was quaint, romantic, and had a great view. The restaurant was great (we ate breakfast there). Close walk to town. Everything was perfect! ”

Lynn and Mick were very kind hosts inviting us for Happy Hour drinks after a well needed swim in the pool on a very hot day. It was a very short walk into town and very quiet, safe and restful.”

“Lovely location within very short walking distance of the centre of Franschhoek. Well appointed Cottage with all amenities and back up power available during loadshedding. Very spacious and a nice verandah outside. Jo was extremely friendly and looked after us very well. ”

“This 3 bedroom villa is specious and comfortable . The views, pool and garden are beautiful and provide the perfect place to relax. The location provides easy access to the area and a walkable distance to town. The owners are the best. Great communication, very responsive to questions and issues and very pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend.”

“We had a great time at Sandmartins over the 2022 Christmas holiday. The house is very well equipped, clean and secure. Sandra is a great communicator and kept us nicely informed through the entire process. She even decorated the house for Christmas for us! As is common in South Africa, load shedding does impact this property, but we appreciated the small backup battery that kept the internet and Tv going. Also there is a large and heavy cover over on the pool table. Our lesson was not to place……

“Had a Marvellous time - The staff make you so welcome and everything is catered for excellently- from breakfast to assisting with dinner reservations, places to see, the owner even went to get a razor and shaving cream from the local shop as I had forgotten mine, Champagne for our anniversary - I can not recommend this place enough it’s a place of tranquility and splendour.”

“Es fehlte an Dingen wie eine. Brotmesser, einer Küchenrolle oder , wo sonst stets- Flasche kaltes Wasser im Kühlschrank Der Steinboden war schmudelig und so war die Umrandung der Dusche. Der Aussenbereich war hübsch gestaltet . Bei schlechtem Wetter wer es extrem klein im Zimmer, man konnte kaum Koffer unterzubringen. ”
