“The property was conveniently located across the street from bus#9 and several blocks from coffee shop, train/bus station and supermarket. When we arrived the twin bed was broken along with two door handles. The owner was aware but never addressed it. We just received automated messages since they were out of town. We were only supplied with one garbage bag and dishwasher pod. There was no soap, wine opener or wine glasses. Overall the apartment was ok for a few days. ”

“Oh boy… I’ll start with the pros: Ground floor It’s just like the pictures. About half mile from old town so it was an easy walk. Quiet building, quiet street 1 car garage Washer and dryer in the building. We loved getting videos with instructions to access building, access garage and how to use the laundry area. Cons: We couldn’t sleep for the first 3 nights. There was no blind on the big window by the bed and being on the ground level people can see you from the street plus you get the……

“The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen was equipped with necessities and the host communication was prompt and friendly. We were a group of 4 and enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for getting around the city & to/from the train station to visit nearby countries. ”

“這間公寓整體很不錯，房間寬敞，廚房設施齊全；雖然不在市區，但是是盧森堡的公車非常方便、準時而且免費，所以交通不是問題！ 不過，入住當天才收到通知，備品是需要自備的（這個應該預約時就先告知，而且一般管理室公寓應該都要準備基本備品）！幸好入住時發現，還是有基本的衛生紙跟沐浴乳！ 只是公寓的備品不足，衛生紙跟沐浴乳都準備的剛剛好而已，我是一家三口連住五天，衛生紙只提供2卷，沐浴乳大概半瓶，我們沒有非常浪費，但是第四天衛生紙就用完了！管理單位也有＂貼心＂的準備咖啡跟茶包！但是很明顯的看起來就是一天份，第一次住到這麼精打細算的管理式公寓！ 因為這個公寓的單價也比較貴，連續入住也沒有比較便宜，除了沒有打掃（連續七天才打掃），但備品也沒有充足準備，感覺對連續入住者不公平！ ”

“The property is very, very nice with 2 notable exceptions. The process of check in is difficult. Do not go unless you have watched and taken note on the videos they send you. Also, you won't get the code for the key lock box until after 3 pm on the day of arrival and it's in the video. My phone would not play the video - I should have watched it earlier I admit, so I had a heck of a time getting the information. Finally the host used WhatsApp to communicate the code, the identity of the mailbox……

“Lovely property and very effective process for check in, etc. Great support if required as well so very impressed. However, the surrounding area seemed to be a deprived inner suburb of Luxembourg City so we felt uncomfortable travelling to and from the city.”
