“As first I was a little skeptical about the location being in the middle of town and on the main street, but after staying I wouldn't hesitate coming back. You can park in the back yard with plenty area and close the gate behind you. The house must be well insulated because the road noise in nonexistent. “The cabin has the bare minimum in the way of furniture, decor, linens, etc. A little bit more effort in making it more inviting and cozy would go a long way. There are no curtains or blinds, barely enough linens for the futon (which is counted as a bed), no utensils, nothing on the walls, no bedroom or closet door. It could be a very cute place with a little effort. ”

“My husband and I had business on LA Tech's campus. This house is only 30 minutes away. It was a great retreat in the evenings. The 11am checkout was nice as we were able to enjoy the property for a bit on check out day since we did not have to rush to leave. The house was clean and comfortable. We were able to launch our kayaks right from the yard. The edge of the property was paved along the lake and was a nice fishing spot. We caught catfish and bass from the shore. We would stay at...

“We loved this property in Ruston, Louisiana! This was a new listing, so we didn't fully know what to expect since there were no prior reviews... A collective "Wow!" is what we said when we opened those doors!! :) We were having a homecoming reunion, so we rented both units (A and B). We were thrilled with the amount of space that provided us, and we loved the modern look and feel of the place! We will be pppp! Thanks to the host for everything! PJ”

“So relaxing! Myself, my husband, our grandson, son, daughter-in-law, my husband best friend all slept comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Our daughter and her family came for the day Saturday and we all had a great family day. The beds were clean and comfortable, the yard and view amazing. The ones that weren't bothered by the heat went fishing and our grandson swam until he was waterlogged! The kitchen was a breeze to cook for all the family. “Beautiful cottage that is very quiet and restful. Great navigation instructions, everything was clean and had nice little amenities. The view from the covered porch was absolutely tranquil and gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return. ”

“We booked this place as a place to stay during a baseball tournament. We ended up falling in love with the tranquility of it all. Secluded and quiet with views for days. The kids enjoyed fishing and spotting wildlife. Definitely the slow down we needed. Property was clean and well kept. House was perfectly cooled. And the water pressure was amazing. Was also delighted with the gas stove, seasonings and all the amenities provided. Owner answered quickly and made wonderful accommodations....
