“Location is very good Room is tidy and clean. You can cook at room Easy to park the car But A Room is different with others room that it required to walk a distance from car park. if you have some luggage, it is not so convenience. ”

“Due to full occupancy in Torquay, we finally reserved 2 rooms at 13th Beach Golf Lodge for 1 night. All facilities in the lodge were new & the environment provided us a leisure moment. Breakfast with tea or black coffee was included but simple. It would be much better if Latte or Flat White could be included as they are not costy items. Food quality was fluctuated. My toast was over-baked. Restaurant staff was limited indeed so patient was required. ”

“Property is fine. Great location and as described. The problem is the host John and trying to arrange checkin. I get it was a busy day, but you need to have a system, process and communication with guests to get people into their accommodation at a reasonable time, given that is what they are actually paying for. Rang to see if we could checkin at 2pm ( meant to be 3pm) and was told not sure because its busy and rooms arent ready. You have to wait for contact from them to get access to the……
