“This is a great hotel to stay at in Jerash. The host is very hospitable, when we arrived he personally guided us to the parking area at the of the hotel and lead us to the room. The room is very very spacious and clean, with a great view of the Jerash Roman Ruins. The free breakfast is definitely a plus, with delicious food and Arabic coffee. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.”

“Checked in to what was a room that had been used by someone else and not cleaned. All owner was going to do was change the bed sheets. Awful. There were men hanging around outside the bedroom door so as a party of female travellers it felt really unsafe. We didn’t stay the night because of these things. - also, not convenient for airport of much else. ”

“Rooms are not clean, bedding smells bad ,very noisy ,do not recomend at all ,to keep me quiet they gave free upgrade to a suit ,but still not happy .staff are nice but management has to fix so many things ”

“Roomy, good location, good facilities. Would be perfect if hotel can help guests send postcards as it’s realky hard to find a post office in Amman”
