“I’m sorry to say this won’t be a positive review, but I feel it’s important to share our experience.Unfortunately, there were a number of issues during our stay:•Toilets were not working properly.•The front door handle was nearly falling off.•The toaster (which appears to be part of a very old coffee machine unit) did not work at all.•The oven was not working.•Circuits kept tripping repeatedly.•There were no basic essentials such as salt and pepper.•Kitchen equipment was lacking — for example,……

“房間如照片所示，空間十分寬敞；地點絕佳，鄰近南十字車站和tram station，不管是前往CBD或是往Southbank, St. Kilda都很方便；額外加分項是靠近各家day tour集合點之一。基本廚房設施皆有提供，亦附餐具刀具等。 缺點部分有：1）餐具和設施沒有清潔得很乾淨，茶杯有陳年的茶漬(建議用過碳酸鈉浸泡清洗)，烤箱盤也油油的，2）跟其他空間相比，浴室的照明偏暗，3）浴室的水槽很小，在水槽洗臉時頭會撞上水龍頭。 即使如此，整體來說我滿意這次的住宿，櫃檯人員也很親切地提供協助。下次有機會回訪墨爾本時我會考慮這間飯店，也願意推薦給其他朋友。”
