“Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. “We are very happy with our home away from home while vacationing in Dominica. Leonard was very responsive from the questions we had before we booked until the end of our stay. He helped with taxi arrangements from the airport to recommending a car rental service. We arrived at the house in the evening and there was fresh bread, cheese, juice, bananas and some snacks to tide us over until we went to the grocery store. “Blue Whale Villa was a great place to stay, our only downsides were that it is a bit far from things on the island, but we were alright with the drive and happy with the place. There was also just a very lightly stocked kitchen, and a few more bowls, or cooking utensils would be nice. Otherwise the stay was great! We stayed here for two weeks and never had complaints about the whole island! I would recommend renting a car if you have multiple days here and want to go to the stuff to the south,……
