“我們在這邊住6個晚上，因為飯店只能每3天清潔整理房間，對於有帶小孩，垃圾量較多的家庭比較不那麼好，後來有去前台要求能多清潔一天，前台反應需要加錢。 除此之外，地點很久。房間很大，景色很好。”

“住宿環境棒，我們是8人同遊，住的是55樓的4房公寓，前後看景，有海景有街景很棒，但是可能太多人訂了所以有些門把有鬆動，但是當我下樓通知櫃檯時5分鐘後馬上有人上來維修，服務很好，還有，微波爐沒有中文說明，不懂得如何使用”

“隔音滿糟的，晚上睡覺還聽的到樓上腳步聲，唱生日快樂聲音，裝潢設計是約30年前的設計，房間門還不能關上，壞掉了，停車位是要另收20au的，乾淨度是好的，距離海邊很近，但不會在去住了，圖片跟現場有差別”

“Our family of 4 staying for 3 nights in the middle of our driving trip from Sydney to Brisbane. Great location, with steps away from beach. However, we forgot an iPAD during our stay as we suddenly found this out while we are on plane back home. We then called to hotel and up to now 3 days after coming back we still didn't heard back from them. This is a first time I had such a scenario as I am a frequent flyer internationally and having tens of trips per year. ”

“Everything was walking distance ~ The room was clean and welcoming ~ The only problem we had was the water escape in the shower must have been full of stuff ~ The shower water would run out to under the sink ~ Otherwise 👌”

“It's a great place to stay. The bedroom is spacious and clean, and the bed is really comfy. As for the other facilities, it has everything that one expects to find. We can easily travel to anywhere since it's across the tram station. Plus, the receptionists are wonderful and are willing to give us assistance whenever needed. It's definitely our first choice to stay if we visit Gold Coast again.”

“小孩看電視不知按到什麼，退房時竟要繳澳幤約快90元，櫃檯説是看影片，覺得很無理，需要自費電視台應上鎖，顧客有需求再去櫃檯要求解鎖，不應開放讓小孩隨手可以看到，至於看什麼影片需付費，到現在我還是有疑問？我住了28天，每天小孩看電視我都在，都是看卡通而已，這家飯店有故意欺騙顧客的嫌疑，心中感覺被欺騙，以後我不會再去住了⋯⋯”

“Spacious apartment and equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy. Magnificent view of the sea and beach at balcony. Heated pool and a small gym room are available. Free parking. Very near to Broadbeach and and Pacific Fair shopping mall.”

“Amazing views and well appointed apartment for a short stay within walking distance of all Broadbeach restaurants. Downsides- The rooms needed a good dusting and the linens/pillows had seen better days. Plus, for the price per night I would expect a coffee pod machine (not instant coffee from the 80s) in the kitchen and facial tissues in the bathroom at a bare minimum. It was also kind of weird that the 2nd bedroom / bathroom was locked with threatening notes on the doors about paying extra……

“The room is big because I have booked a Twin rooms with 2 bathrooms. It is very comfortable. The location is convenience. There is shopping mall besides the hotel. We can go through the hotel corridor to walk to the main road. There is many restaurants nearby. We can walk to the beach along the road and it takes around 5 - 10 minutes. 灰狗 station is nearby so we can take the bus to Brisbane. ”
