“This is a perfect location on Seneca Lake. The proximity to wineries and also places to get things to eat are great. We’ve been here before and have returned and enjoyed it both times. The hot tub in the backyard is wonderful and the access to the lake is great.”

“This was our third year starting at this house. It's nice and clean. The owners take care of the house, each year they've made upgrades. It's nice and private, and it's close to many things. We'll probably make next year, our fourth year in a row coming here.”

“We stayed at the Savannah house a few years ago and have been hoping to have the chance to rent another property owned by Pat so when I realized this was, I was thrilled. The personal touches and b&b feel of the properties is extremely charming & welcoming. We had a great stay! This is a beautiful property, within close proximity to several of our favorite local wineries/food spots, lake access for the dog and a provate dock. The house is well kept and very clean; the pictures accurately……

“Rod and Carm were exceptional hosts! Very communicative, we got the run-down on where we’d be staying and all that would entail—their two dogs/greeters are so cute and friendly! Their property is beautiful and idyllic, a truly all-inclusive lake experience with kayaks and a dock, areas for dining on the deck or sitting and having coffee out on the dock over the water. The space where we stayed was clean and very comfortable for our stay—it had all the utilities we needed to accommodate our time……

“Check-in was flawless, kitchen facilities were really great- high end appliances and cookware. Our favorite activities at the lake are fishing and swimming, and both were perfect (though my husband caught zero fish).”

“Dalton Cottage is a peaceful location right on Seneca Lake. It had a fulled fenced in yard so our dogs could play (completely secure even for little dogs) and even had a doggy door they loved to use! Our dogs loved it. The deck was amazing to have coffee on every morning and the water was so clear! ”

“This was a great place to have a family reunion. There is a nice big yard and a wonderful waterfront area. Having 6 bedrooms was helpful also. They are smaller than they look online but It worked out. ”
