“We had an amazing family vacation at this beautiful lake home with amazing waterfront views. The home is beautiful, immaculate with tons of hangout places inside and out, and fully stocked with towels, bed linen, and kitchen items. We fully utilized everything with tons of cooking, dining and water sports like kayaking and paddle boarding. Wonderful time!”

“I gave this property a five , because it was certainly way better than a four. It is clean and perfect and in great condition. A couple of things that bothered me were. I got a teaser note offering late check out , but in the fine print there was a charge. The management company trying to up sell me . Two the water has a supper smell to it they need to fix that it is a strong odor. I would stay here again .”

“Dalton Cottage is a peaceful location right on Seneca Lake. It had a fulled fenced in yard so our dogs could play (completely secure even for little dogs) and even had a doggy door they loved to use! Our dogs loved it. The deck was amazing to have coffee on every morning and the water was so clear! ”

“The cabin was perfect very clean and cozy. We loved the waterfall in the backyeard it was beautiful. So relaxing to sit out at fire at night with the sound of the waterfall. Very private area we loved everything about it. Tia answered any questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be back. The only thing i could say that was wrong was the one airconditioner did not cool the whole cabin maybe one in the bedroom as well would help but not a big deal i loved it. ”

House was nicely air conditioned except for the sunroom but that was nice in the morning and late evening.Our dogs had trouble with the metal stairs to the water,but they managed. “Rod and Carm were exceptional hosts! Very communicative, we got the run-down on where we’d be staying and all that would entail—their two dogs/greeters are so cute and friendly! Their property is beautiful and idyllic, a truly all-inclusive lake experience with kayaks and a dock, areas for dining on the deck or sitting and having coffee out on the dock over the water.
