“This is a great place to stay if you are interested in being away, seeing the stars close to the dark skies formal parks, and if you have a pet and kids. It's got the cozy feel of a cabin with a great deck. We were there in a heat wave and the owner had two AC units put in for us-I am guessing that is not normal for the area-if it had been a few degrees cooler we would have slept with the windows open). They had smart TVs and 3 ways to make your coffee (thank you for the French Press), as……

“Very clean and well-maintained property given the location that it is in! Really appreciated the amenities, such as the washer/dryer, 2 full bathrooms, and fire pit. The location was a pro and con. Felt very safe where we were given it was across the street from state police. However, this lead to a lot of light pollution making it hard to see the stars. Fortunately, was a 20 minute drive to Cherry Spring State Park, so we drove to see the stars at night. Kitchen had gas range/oven, dish washer,……

“We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Communication with the owners was so quick and easy, and the cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. The cabin itself was really cool--rustic decor, and extremely clean. The weather wasn't great when we were there so we didn't have a chance to really enjoy the outdoor areas, but the beach, pond and outdoor bar/grill area seem ideal for a nice day. Totally recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! ”

“I booked the Stargazer for the views, the trails, and amenities of the cottage - it did not disappoint! The listing photos are very accurate, with the views being even more beautiful in person. This is a very quiet location (might have heard 3 cars pass by all weekend!) and has a "get away from it all" feel. The accommodations made me feel at home right away, the kitchen provides anything you could need - full-sized appliances, Keurig, microwave, and anything you'd need for cooking. The bedroom……
