Spacious Two Level Condo, Lake Dillon 3 Blocks Away

Mountain and lake views are plentiful when you vacation in this La Riva Del Lago townhome located in the heart of Dillon. Nestled in the mountains, Dillon has many activities to offer as well as local specialty shops and dining. Enjoy walks along the Lake Dillon path 3 blocks from your unit or boating and fishing from the shoreline. In the summer, special events like the Dillon's Farmer Market, free concerts at the amphitheater, parades, art festivals, and more are just steps away from La Riva Del Lago.

Six ski areas are nearby, accessible along scenic mountain drives: Breckenridge (16 mi), Keystone (6 mi), Copper Mtn, A-Basin, and Loveland (12 mi), and Vail (32 mi). The Summit Stage bus service stops 1 block away and will deliver you to Keystone, Silverthorne, Frisco, Copper Mtn, or Breckenridge at no charge.

This 1584 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit has a king bed, a queen bed in the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms, and a futon double sleeper in the upstairs bedroom. Wireless high-speed broadband internet access is available throughout the unit. The unit has a Smart TV in the main living area with numerous streaming options. Additionally, there is a 55-inch, HD LCD TV in the master suite. This recently constructed unit includes a gas fireplace, full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops to handle all your cooking needs and new front-loading washer and dryer. Kickback on the patio and enjoy the gorgeous view while sipping on a hot chocolate or your favorite après ski drink or cooking up dinner on the BBQ. Access to the common outdoor hot tub makes your stay complete after a long day of play (or shopping!). As an added convenience, park up to three vehicles in the fully enclosed heated parking garage. So, if waking up to cool mountain breezes and pristine mountain lake views are in your plans, this is the place for you!

Great place to stay for ski

We were 3 couples and the condo satisfied our needs , the bedrooms and the bathrooms were great, the kitchen with everything you need to make a dish if you don’t want to go outside. Close drive to Keystone slopes.

It was a very comfortable stay!!

The condo was in a great location. The condo could use some updating just to stay current. The beds meaning mattress and pillows could be updated in all three bed rooms! It was quiet and clean. Most hotels and other places water pressure sucks when it comes to taking a shower and this place water pressure was good. You have to spend money in order to make money so the owner should really consider some upgrades. The parking garage was fantastic after a long day of skiing. The host was great and they worked with me for an early checkin. I would stay here again with family and friends.

Comfortable for our annual ski trip

As described and reviewed, this place was perfect for three couples and two young kids of our family. While the adults skied, this place was comfortable for an adult to stay during the day with the toddler and newborn. Plenty of dishes and seating for dining. It was nice to have some things included like a toddler bed and high chair so we didn’t have to pack it! Host was responsive to my questions.

Hi. The place was clean, and accurate. However the master bed itself was very uncomfortable and soft. My husband ended up sleeping on the floor. The pillows were extremely flat for all of us. We got a parking ticket after we learned there was a 3rd spot but we didn’t have the spot number. Towels were extremely hard. But location was good. Thanks

A gathering of friends

Lovely condo with great views of the mountains. Clean. Very comfortable and well stocked living area. The futon, the 4th bed, has a frame that is really only for 1 person as it slopes downward on one side. We solved that problem by moving the mattress onto the floor. Also there were no sheets for the futon bed and had to go out and buy sheets (no real solution offered by then property manager). It’s obvious that the condo is “lived in” by the owners as there were more of their things evident in the condo than I was comfortable with (the master bedroom dresser had no drawers available for our use as they were already in use with their clothes, closets with their clothing / shoes, the entire door side of the fridge full with condiments, etc making the fridge quite tight for our food) Overall a very nice space for friends to have an escape together

Wonderful location!

Absolutely loved this condo, extremely clean and spacious! The view from the living room and main suite was breathtaking. The location was convenient and within walking distance of a few restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice but overpriced

Great centrally located condo for ski trip!

My husband and two other couples came up from Denver and stayed at Wayne’s condo for a ski trip and really enjoyed the location. We’ve stayed closed to Keystone mountain before but actually preferred this location because we could walk to Pug Ryan’s and it was only a 10 min drive to Keystone, 30 mins to Breck, and 40 mins to Vail. The dining room table was spacious enough for all of us for meals and it was great to have a washer/dryer inside the unit (although we ended up not needing to use it). The gas fireplace worked well with the switch inside. We also appreciated having 3 bathrooms for privacy. The hot tub in the main area on the complex was well maintained and clean. The best part was that the unit came with 3 indoor parking spaces, so every couple had their own spot, as well as 1 locker to keep all of our ski gear. The unit came with a gas grill as well, although it was cold and we never used it, but good to know for a summer trip! Overall, we loved the location and layout of this unit for 3 couples and would gladly rebook for another trip.
