“The loft was fairly new & very cute. Great decor. Comfy, soft bed. Had to text & call owner for the check in information late in day, but she responded & all was OK. It was the 4th of July & someone blocked the parking entrance which was concerning, and lots of fireworks after 10pm. Those are outside of the owner' control, but think you should know in case you plan to stay around a holiday.”

“This was a great property. Well-furnished, decorated and very comfortable. Loved the art, record player and vinyl records. The outdoor space, especially the back patio was great for entertaining, grilling or just relaxing. Good location, adjacent to the UNT campus and just a short drive to the downtown area. Though on a busy street it was still a quiet neighborhood. Margarete was a great host, going the extra mile to make our stay special. Would highly recommend this property. We plan on……

“We felt uncomfortable in the neighborhood. Low income community. May be subsidized housing area. Looked truly run down. Garage dumpster in front of the establishment. Bed extremely hard. 1 small room. Another guest parked in our parking spot that corresponds with our rental space and detailed in our reservation. Therefore, WE were advised by the host to park else on their property.”

“We stayed at the property for right at six months and were so glad we found this home in our neighborhood. The host was easy to communicate with and was great to work with when we kept having to ask for additional weeks due to construction delays in completing repairs to our home. There were only one or two issues while we were there but the owner addressed them promptly. One of the issues was the internet and she stayed on them until they got a permanent fix. “The host n his wife were very friendly,helpful and asked if we needed anything. The house was as clean as I liked even under the bed. They had everything you’d need to wash clothes. It was supplied with everything you’d use at your own home. I’d recommend it to anyone that wanted a quiet relaxing vacation. I’ll make arrangements to stay there when I go down to Texas again!!!!
