“The room wasn't really clean; we had ants in the wardrobe. The staff were indifferent, and the food wasn't the best—Friday's dinner consisted of leftovers from the entire week. We will never return to this hotel. There is a huge difference between the one in Hammamet and the one in Djerba.”

“All previous comments about conditions of hotel are about to be right. But I want to add that the staff was was extremely helpful and nice. Specially for a single mom and teen daughter. We bout felt very safe there. More than in any country we visit before.
The entertainment team at this hotel was absolutely outstanding. They worked from morning until midnight with endless energy, smiles, and dedication, making sure every guest felt involved and happy. Their positivity created an amazing……
