The holiday home is a semi-detached house, furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is located in a holiday home estate on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Šilo. The holiday home is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The House is located in Šilo and is 400 m from the sea and the town center.

It consists of two apartments, on the first floor and on the ground floor, which are rented together.



Each apartment has a separate entrance.

Air conditioning is included in the price and parking is in the yard in front of the house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Abgesehen von den Mängeln in der Küche hat mir die Wohnung gut gefallen. Sehr gut ist, dass es eine Klimaanlage, einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine gab.
