It consists of a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: \- A 30 m² living room with a TV and a large dining table \- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. First floor: \- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) \- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190) \- A bathroom with shower and double sink \- A separate toilet On the second floor: \- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190) \- Bedroom 4: 1 children's dormitory with 4 single beds (90x190) \- A small office area For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha grill, dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside: \- Large 75m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally located in Douarnenez, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Activities: \- St Jean beach is about 500 m away \- Sables Blancs beach is about 1 km away \- The Port Museum \- Visit Tristan Island \- The Great Library \- 2 cinemas Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.
